Ten Years of Dogways
Based in Solihull, West Midlands, Dogways has for 10 years been supporting dogs and their human companions through their rocky times, when relationships come under strain because of difficulties with the dog’s behaviour. Life is so much easier and more enjoyable when you can walk with a dog at your side on a loose lead. Or teach your dog not to bark excessively. Or help them learn that loud noises are not scary. Just some of the many areas we have covered over the years.
Support has also been given through exciting but challenging times when taking on a puppy or rehoming a dog. Puppies can be such fun and so open to learning; fabulous time to lay the foundation for the companiable adult dogs they will become.
At talks and workshops we have also met so many people who have shared our passion to deepen our understanding of dogs, developing our ability to empathise with these amazing companions and enhancing our relationships with them. And what a bonus when we find how much we learn about ourselves in the process.
Time for a change !
From the rest of this year and into 2014 we are focusing on research and writing projects so we are taking a break from consultations, classes and talks. Don’t worry though - help is at hand.
